Is my web account the same as my app account?
Yes. An account created on the web signs in to the app, and your membership syncs automatically.
Can I use Veilnex in mainland China?
No. Veilnex is only for people outside mainland China who need to reach services in China.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Web purchases are one-off and never renew automatically.
